Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with instruction and prepare instructional materials.
• Assist in guiding individual students or groups in daily activities and exercises.
• Reinforce behavior plans and assist in classroom discipline and management.
• Maintain administrative records and prepare required reports.
• Supervise students during school hours and transitions.
• Provide orientation to substitute teachers and support a positive school climate.
• Organize, clean, disinfect, and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Ensure safety and emotional well-being of students and uphold district policies.
