Job summary

Elgato, the Corsair Gaming brand, is seeking a Product Strategist on the Ecosystem team in Milpitas, CA. You will shape product strategy, identify and execute partnerships, and guide integrations across Stream Deck, Wave Link, and the Elgato Marketplace.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, own the partnership program, and build trusted relationships with ecosystem partners to drive value for users and the business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product strategy, product management, business development, or ecosystem development within tech, gaming, or digital content.
• Deep understanding of Elgato product ecosystem and how Stream Deck, Wave Link, Camera Hub, and Elgato Marketplace work together.
• Ability to think in systems and connect products, integrations, and partnerships into a strategic whole.
• Experience identifying, structuring, and executing technology partnerships and platform collaborations.
• Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and contract development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to sell a partnership story.
• Independent work style with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for content creation, gaming, and current tech trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the full Elgato product ecosystem and its strategic rationale.
• Identify companies, platforms, and technologies that align with our ecosystem strategy and lead outreach and deal structuring.
• Monitor industry trends and surface partnership opportunities that align with the roadmap and vision.
• Collaborate跨‑functional with product, engineering, marketing, and legal to ground partnership strategies in product reality.
• Shape partnership-driven product experiences and drive new initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Serve as primary contact for ecosystem partners and manage partnership programs, tracking performance.
• Provide regular updates on partnership pipeline, progress, and ecosystem health to stakeholders.
