Amazon Customer Service (CS) Data Intelligence seeks economists to apply economic methods to solve business problems. You will design models, run experiments, and propose mechanisms to improve customer service decisions.

You’ll work with engineers and scientists to scale data resources and bring insights into production. Ideal candidates will have a PhD in economics or equivalent and experience with large datasets and statistical software.

Responsibilities
