Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver instruction in person and online (25%).
  • Contribute to the department and university by serving on committees/roles as required (15%).
  • Advise students on academic and career plans (15%).
  • Engage students beyond the classroom via reading groups, study abroad, case competitions, etc. (10%).
  • Assess and report student learning; maintain records in a timely and accurate manner (10%).
  • Conduct scholarly activities that lead to publications, presentations, or pedagogical improvements (10%).
  • Represent the Business School externally by serving on panels and working with business/community organizations (10%).
  • Participate in departmental, faculty, and staff meetings (5%).
  • Exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Uphold Campbell University policies including Title IX, FERPA, and Information Security.
