Job summary

AECOM Advisory is seeking an Economics Consultant for the US East Region to lead quantitative and qualitative analyses for infrastructure and policy projects. You will work with senior executives, conduct market sizing, and build cash flow models to support recommendations for clients across government and private sectors.

The role involves developing frameworks, delivering executive-ready decks, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within a global advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of management consulting or related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
• Exceptional numerical reasoning and quantitative skills.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial acumen with enterprise context.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and manage multiple tasks within a workstream.
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and investment analysis using Excel models.
• Build data-driven insights using ArcGIS, Costar, IMPLAN, Python, and Tableau.
• Create polished executive decks and client-ready narratives.
• Supervise junior team members and ensure quality control of analyses.
