Purpose of Position: This position assesses the need for assistance and determines the sources and types available while consistently exercising considerable discretion and judgment when applying approved complex federal, state, and local agency policies. This position works largely in a team-focused and task/performance driven system in conjunction with nine other counties in an Income Maintenance consortium service-delivery model.
High school diploma or its equivalent. Ability to type 40 wpm, with touch ability on a calculator. Must have the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. Must have the ability to work independently. Multi-tasking is essential. Valid Driver’s License required. Must be a Wisconsin resident.
Technical/Vocational degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college. Experience working with benefits programs.
This position is a FT 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. Salary starting at $23.95-$27.37 per hour (depending on qualifications). See attached Position Description
