The Economic Justice Program Manager joins a team of community-centered service providers striving to build a Miami where all people can afford to live well, for generations to come. The Economic Justice Manager will provide direct services and manage a team of direct service providers, supporting a portfolio of healthcare access and financial capabilities initiatives such as our DCF ACCESS benefits enrollment and uninsured health care access advising, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, financial coaching, and other programmatic efforts.
Directly supervise two (2) employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, recruiting, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

When I see something that could be a problem, I communicate it to the appropriate leadership at Catalyst Miami along with a proposed solution. If I have a role in remedying the problem, I follow through with the necessary action steps.
