City of Grand Rapids is seeking an Economic Development professional to support the application and approval process for Brownfield redevelopment and tax abatement programs. You will work closely with the Economic Development Department to advance city priorities and ensure projects align with funding requirements.
The role involves evaluating project proformas, coordinating with businesses and developers, and presenting at internal and public meetings, including Brownfield Redevelopment
