Guidehouse is seeking a Junior Economic Analyst to support federal and state workforce, labor market, and program integrity initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage economic research, statistical analysis, and data analytics techniques to evaluate program performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support evidence-based decision making.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident, due to nature of client engagements.
Bachelor's degree . Seven (7) Years experience is required in lieu of degree.
Three (3) years of experience in economics, data analytics, statistics, public policy analysis, or a related discipline.
Experience conducting quantitative analysis and interpreting large, complex datasets.
Proficiency with statistical programming and data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, or similar technologies.
Experience developing analytical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Knowledge of statistical methods, economic analysis techniques, and performance measurement frameworks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to diverse audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within project teams.
