Athletic Annex in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Amazon Warehouse & eCommerce Customer Service Associate to support our growing online business. You’ll help with online service, processing orders, and keeping our Amazon sales channel stocked with product, ensuring customers have a great experience.

The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the ins-and-outs of eCommerce.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Interest in learning e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar).
• Team player with a customer-first mindset and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs at a time, and endurance to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Cross-dock inventory bound for Amazon Distribution (FBA).
• Process eCommerce returns (sequelbyannex.com, and Amazon FBA/FBM).
• Package, label, and ship customer orders.
• Manage refurbishment process for Sequel inventory.
• Provide friendly, timely customer support through digital sales channels (email, chat, online platforms).
• Deliver a positive brand experience in every interaction.
