Job summary

MeatEater Inc. seeks an eCommerce UX Manager to lead strategy, design, and continuous enhancement of the digital customer journey across our commerce sites.

You will drive intuitive storefront experiences that maximize conversion rate, revenue per session, AOV, and retention, reporting to the Director of eCommerce. You will own UX strategy, IA, wireframes, Shopify theme management, and collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Brand teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX or related field.
• 4+ years of dedicated eCommerce UX/UI design, product optimization, or site management experience.
• Experience with Shopify and web analytics and CRO tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and digital architecture for eCommerce storefronts.
• Direct IA, user flows, and wireframes across web and mobile.
• Oversee CRO programs with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Conduct user research and persona development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Brand teams.
• Manage Jira/Asana for sprint planning and workflow.
• Ensure ADA accessibility and compliance.
