Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of eCommerce UX/UI design or CRO experience.
• Experience with Shopify and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and digital architecture for eCommerce sites.
• Plan, execute and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management and Brand teams.
• Ensure ADA compliance and accessibility across all pages.
• Drive continuous optimization of PDPs, checkout and cart flows.
