Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is hiring an E-commerce Tech Lead to drive SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development for our remote teams, balancing hands-on coding with strong technical leadership and setting standards.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps and Solution Architects to deliver scalable, secure eCommerce solutions, and own sprint planning, reviews, and delivery of complex features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development experience.
• Proven experience leading development teams on enterprise eCommerce projects.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and secure coding practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise eCommerce applications using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
• Serve as the technical lead for one or more Agile development teams.
• Translate requirements into high-quality application code and perform reviews.
• Mentor and support developers through technical guidance and pair programming.
• Collaborate with architects to implement approved designs and standards.
• Estimate effort, participate in sprint planning, and support CI/CD pipelines.
