Signet Jewelers Limited is hiring an ECommerce Tech Lead for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding a team of developers to deliver enterprise eCommerce solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Architects to ensure robust, scalable implementations. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of software development experience, 4+ years with Hybris, and strong Java/Spring expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7–10 years of software development experience.
• 4+ years hands-on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development.
• Proven experience leading development teams on enterprise eCommerce projects.
• Strong knowledge of OO design, multithreading, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) applications.
• Act as technical lead for one or more Agile teams.
• Develop complex features, extensions, and integrations.
• Translate requirements into high-quality code and architecture.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Mentor developers and drive solution delivery with architects.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release activities.
• Collaborate on documentation and development standards.
