Responsibilities

• Process, receive, and ship customer orders.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience for order inquiries.
• Communicate with stores, shipping partners, and distributors to complete orders.
• Manage shipping labels and transfers.
• Support other departments and stores with ecommerce-related questions.
• Flag suspicious activity to Asset Protection and Fraud teams.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assist with warehousing tasks like receiving and packing.
