Job summary

Reformation in Culver City, CA, is seeking a Site Merchandising Associate to drive a strong user experience on Reformation.com. You will execute homepage updates, creative landing pages, navigation and on-site search, while monitoring performance to optimize the customer journey across the site.

The role requires collaboration with Creative, Merchandising and Tech teams, plus a data-driven approach to strategy and optimization. Base salary ranges with bonus eligibility are provided.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute homepage updates, landing pages, navigation, and on-site search to optimize the user journey.
• Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, and Tech teams on seasonal and project launches.
• Monitor performance, report on findings, and implement optimization strategies.
• Own updates to header banners, PDPs, category pages, and sustainability content.
