Job summary

Concord USA is seeking an Ecommerce Site Merchandising Assistant to own product setup, PDP optimization, and category execution, while supporting the Ecommerce Site Merchandiser in strategy and site performance initiatives.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, optimized product presentation and deliver a high-quality online customer experience that drives conversion. This role offers a hybrid schedule with Dallas, TX preference and US remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2 years of ecommerce or retail experience (multi-channel preferred).
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own product setup, maintenance, and data accuracy across categories.
• Assist in maintaining product presentation and content across ecommerce sites.
• Contribute to category management, site experience, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners on launches and updates.
• Support site quality assurance and validation of product information and functionality.
