Job summary

Concord is seeking an Ecommerce Site Merchandising Assistant in a hybrid role based in Dallas. You will own product setup, PDP optimization, and category execution while supporting the Ecommerce Site Merchandiser in strategy and site performance initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functionally to ensure accurate product launches, optimized presentation, and a high-quality online customer experience that drives conversion. The role grows in ownership and analytical responsibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Digital Retailing, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field is required.
2 years of ecommerce or retail experience (multi-channel preferred).
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Support product categories in partnership with Site Merchandisers.
Perform product setup, maintenance, and data accuracy per company standards.
Assist in maintaining product presentation and content across ecommerce sites.
Contribute to category management and overall site experience.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support business initiatives.
