CRL Liquidation is seeking a reliable E-Commerce Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Akron. The part-time role focuses on processing, packing, and shipping orders from Whatnot live-selling and other online channels.

You will maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely shipment of orders. This position emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and teamwork, with opportunities for advancement within a growing online fulfillment operation.

E-Commerce Shipping & Fulfillment Associate

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time, 20–30 hours per week

Work Location: In person

About the Position

CRL Liquidation is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team.

This position will primarily be responsible for processing, packing, and shipping orders generated through our Whatnot live-selling operation and other online sales channels.

We move a high volume of merchandise, so accuracy, organization, speed, and reliability are extremely important. We need someone who can stay focused in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of making sure orders are packed correctly and ready to ship on time.

Responsibilities

• Pick and organize merchandise from completed Whatnot and online orders
• Accurately match merchandise to customer orders
• Pack orders safely and efficiently for shipment
• Print, verify, and apply shipping labels
• Double-check orders for accuracy before shipment
• Organize completed orders and maintain an efficient shipping workflow
• Move boxes, merchandise, and pallets throughout the warehouse
• Safely operate a manual or electric pallet jack
• Assist with inventory organization as needed
• Communicate with our Whatnot hosts and warehouse team to keep orders organized from sale through shipment
• Keep the shipping and fulfillment areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with general warehouse duties when shipping responsibilities are completed

We’re looking for someone who is dependable and takes pride in doing their job correctly. This position requires attention to detail—you’ll be responsible for making sure customers receive the correct merchandise.

• Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse operations, order picking, e-commerce, or live-selling fulfillment is preferred but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and is willing to learn.

Compensation & Hours

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become an important part of our growing online fulfillment operation.
