Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and marketplaces in a timely, professional manner.
• Manage and process orders across company ecommerce sites and marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.
• Identify sales opportunities by converting inquiries into completed orders and follow up on quotes.
