Central Support Operations Coordinator I - National Remote

As a team member of our naviHealth product, you will help transform healthcare delivery from hospital to home, supporting older adults to spend more days at home. Join us to improve lives while doing your best work.

This full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday - Friday) requires flexibility to work shifts between 10:30 am - 7:00 pm Central, with occasional overtime. Training will be provided for 3 weeks, from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Central, Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, adhering to productivity and quality standards.
  • Process communication and data via faxes, emails, and electronic means.
  • Accurately enter, review, and verify member information in the naviHealth platform, communicating with healthcare providers as needed.
  • Complete administrative documentation for member records and coordinate care among providers and health plans.
  • Establish relationships with providers, clients, and naviHealth staff, and manage inbound inquiries and requests.
  • Monitor team duties through reports, escalate issues appropriately, and attend meetings as required.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and promote a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in a call center and healthcare setting.
  • Must be 18 or older and able to work full-time during specified hours, including occasional overtime.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws.
Telecommuting Requirements
  • Secure handling of sensitive documents.
  • Dedicated, private work area with reliable high-speed internet.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Physical and Work Environment
  • Ability to view screens, communicate via phone, and remain stationary for periods.
