Job summary

Town & Country Living is seeking an Associate, eCommerce Sales to support assortment management and sales execution for a group of e-retailers, reporting to the Director, eCommerce Sales. The hybrid role is based in Glen Rock, NJ with occasional travel for customer meetings and industry trade shows.

The candidate will plan and execute day-to-day sales initiatives, coordinate new product setups on customer portals, image uploads, and product page optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in a corporate retail or wholesale business environment with eCommerce experience.
• Experience with extensive consumer product catalogs, preferably soft/home goods.
• Hands-on experience with retailer vendor portals and item setup / content syndication workflows.
• Comfort pulling and interpreting data from retailer reporting platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; detail-oriented with analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Clear written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring weekly and monthly sales reporting across assigned accounts.
• Monitor items with no weekly selling data and diagnose root causes to recover lost sales.
• Keep eCommerce customer list and account-manager mapping current.
• Prepare monthly business review materials and provide clear performance insights.
• Build professional relationships with buying teams to surface catalog, content, and promotional issues.
• Manage new item setup end-to-end and coordinate calendars with digital merchandising.
• Maintain item setup tracker for cross-functional catalog visibility.
• Review content health and correct gaps in product detail pages and imagery.
• Track pricing data and ensure accuracy across systems.
