Job summary
Aditi Consulting is seeking a hybrid Project Manager and Scrum Master to support eCommerce delivery across the Dealer ERP transformation. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, refine backlog, decompose work in Azure DevOps, and coordinate across multiple teams to improve predictability and transparency of milestones and risks.
The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration with product, engineering, and vendor teams, while driving adherence to Agile practices and release planning activities
Qualifications
- 8 years PM/Scrum Master experience; or 5 years with a degree
- Experience focusing on eCommerce
- Azure DevOps expertise including backlog management, sprint planning, tracking, dashboards
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge; SAFe experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Decompose and prioritize work in Azure DevOps with Product Managers/Owners
- Ensure user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies are defined
- Remove blockers and mitigate risks
- Coordinate execution across multiple teams and workstreams
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies
- Support PI Planning, sprint planning, and release planning
- Track milestones, delivery commitments, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate release readiness and deployment planning across teams
- Develop and maintain Azure DevOps dashboards and reporting
- Communicate delivery status to stakeholders and leadership
- Foster collaboration across business, product, engineering and vendor teams
- Drive adherence to Agile standards and continuous improvement initiatives
