Job summary

FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Product Manager, E-commerce in the United States to independently own initiatives within complex programs and translate customer and business problems into practical changes across processes, systems, and data.

You will partner with SaaS providers and internal teams to design future-state experiences, measure impact, and guide launch, adoption, and stabilization to deliver a premium luxury re-commerce experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience leading customer, digital, product, or enterprise improvement work.
• Ability to frame moderately complex problems and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience designing future-state processes and cross-functional collaboration with SaaS providers.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate moderately complex customer and business problems and map end-to-end processes.
• Design future-state processes, rules, and interaction flows across systems.
• Lead smaller initiatives from discovery to adoption and measurement.
• Partner with SaaS providers, Technology, Engineering, and data teams.
• Translate needs into data requirements, integrations, and success criteria; influence approaches.
