Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking an eCommerce Planner 1 to manage category financial plans and SKU-level plans for the Fossil website. The role focuses on inventory flow, forecasts, and cross-functional communication to optimize performance.

You will build annual and monthly plans, monitor sell-through, weeks of supply, and contribute to pricing strategies while ensuring a smooth customer experience on the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Merchandising or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in planning, buying, or allocation with required experience in DTC/eCommerce.
• Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Enterprise products; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage annual and monthly financial plans at Category and Region levels.
• Strategically manage SKU-level inventory flow and flag risks/opportunities.
• Generate and distribute weekly reports communicating insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate execution of new product launches, promotions, and marketing priorities.
• Collaborate on pricing and promotions for the direct-to-consumer channel.
• Ensure seamless website operation with updates to pricing feeds and assortments.
• Lead and execute ad hoc special projects to support strategic initiatives.
