Job summary

Fossil Group seeks an eCommerce Planner 1 to manage category financial plans and SKU-level planning for the Fossil website. You will build annual and monthly plans, manage inventory flow, and collaborate with Brand, Merchants, and Marketing to launch products and promotions.

You should have a Bachelor's in Retail Merchandising or equivalent and 2+ years in planning or allocation, with DTC/eCommerce experience. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Google Workspace are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Merchandising or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of planning, buying, or allocation experience with required DTC/eCommerce experience.
• Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Enterprise products; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
• Experience in planning for watch, jewelry, or leather categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage annual and monthly financial plans at Category and Region levels.
• Strategically manage SKU-level inventory to meet key targets and flag risks/opportunities.
• Generate and distribute weekly reports communicating insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate execution of new product launches, promotions, and marketing priorities.
• Collaborate on pricing and promotional strategies for the DTC channel to maximize margins.
• Ensure seamless website operation by updating assortments and pricing feeds.
• Lead and execute ad hoc special projects to support strategic initiatives.
