Job summary

Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners is seeking a hardworking warehouse associate to pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipment. You will review customer orders, transfer requests, and work orders to ensure accurate fulfillment, labeling, and documentation.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safe, organized storage and operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or parts experience preferred (agriculture or heavy equipment a plus).
• Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pick components accurately based on customer orders, work orders, or transfer requests.
• Pack and prepare parts for shipment with proper labeling and documentation.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition prior to packing or delivery.
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure proper storage.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Support inventory control processes including cycle counts and audits.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
