5.11 is a purpose-driven lifestyle brand rooted in performance, durability, and versatility. The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator supports the digital storefront for product launches, promotions, and site updates.

You’ll own day-to-day product setup and publishing, pricing and markdowns, promotional configuration, scheduled site changes, and QA. Work with Site Merchandising and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate product, pricing, and content across the digital experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce operations, catalog operations, digital merchandising, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, CMS/PIM, product data, bulk uploads, pricing, or promotions.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Excel for large product data management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain products within CMS, PIM, and ecommerce systems across assigned regions and channels.
• Manage product activation/deactivation, launch holds, go-live timing, and scheduled publishing.
• Execute bulk product uploads and recurring catalog maintenance accurately and on schedule.
• Track launch status, dependencies, risks, and communicate updates to key partners.
• Help ensure product information is complete, accurate, and ready for launch.
• Perform pre- and post-launch QA across products, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility, links, imagery, and publishing status.
