Job summary

Swatch Group is seeking an E-commerce & Operations Manager to oversee DTC/V2C and wholesale operations, inventory management, and fulfillment. The role partners with Marketing, Finance and Customer Service to drive growth, profitability and an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced consumer goods or retail environments, with a track record leading cross-functional teams and optimizing end-to-end operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience in operations, inventory management, supply chain, retail operations or e-commerce.
• Experience managing ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel, data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day DTC/V2C, wholesale, inventory, supply chain and customer fulfillment operations.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from setup to launches, pricing and promotions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Finance on calendars, campaigns and merchandising.
• Ensure data integrity across e-commerce platforms and ERP/WMS systems.
• Monitor KPIs: conversion, AOV, inventory turns and fulfillment efficiency.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve escalated issues and improve CX.
