Job summary

Monarch International seeks an E-Commerce Operations Analyst to support day-to-day ecommerce operations, accounting/bookkeeping, and inventory management. You'll help grow marketplace channels, including Amazon, and support dropship partnerships with major retailers.

The role involves order fulfillment, vendor payment reconciliation, and strong product listing duties, requiring excellent grammar and writing, plus analytical thinking and project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management.
• 3+ years in operations or accounting roles.
• Experience with ecommerce and ShipStation is preferred.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and executing order fulfillment.
• Reconcile and audit payments/invoices for vendors and partners.
• Manage customer service for B2C and B2B/drop ship channels.
• Assist in account management and product listing duties with strong writing.
