Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, e-commerce, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee end-to-end transactional workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
• Align and improve processes across teams and systems; identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Coordinate work by remote and offshore teams, providing guidance and support.
