Job summary
League Outfitters is seeking a Digital Merchandising Specialist to strengthen our ecommerce merchandising function. You will work closely with the Director of Digital Merchandising to improve product discovery, evaluation, and shopping experiences across our website.
The ideal candidate combines keen attention to detail with a analytical and commercial mindset, moving between hands-on execution and broader merchandising strategy at our Jessup headquarters.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of ecommerce or digital merchandising experience.
- Hands-on ecommerce execution with strategic thinking.
- Ability to improve merchandising processes from day one.
- Experience with product data and content quality.
Responsibilities
- Execute ecommerce merchandising strategies to improve discovery, experience, conversion and revenue.
- Review and optimize categories, collections, rankings, filters, and navigation.
- Create and curate collections based on seasonality, inventory, promotions and demand.
- Analyze onsite search behavior and improve results and relevance.
- Support campaigns by merchandising featured products and landing pages.
- Review performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct website audits to identify opportunities in presentation and UX.
- Monitor ecommerce trends to identify opportunities.
- Assist testing and optimization initiatives and document results.
- Build recurring merchandising reports, scorecards and calendars.
- Establish repeatable merchandising standards for the team.
