The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work onsite in Dallas. Responsibilities include publishing assets, coordinating with design and production, and using AI tools to draft product copy at scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising.
• Experience listing products on Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, Shopify, or BigCommerce.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
• Detail-oriented with large catalogs.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).

Location

Onsite at 2818 Congressman Lane, Dallas, TX 75220. This is a full-time, on-site position - no remote, hybrid, or part-time arrangements.

About the Role

Picture King / GrandArt.com is a print-on-demand wall decor manufacturer looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our product catalog across e-commerce marketplaces. You'll work directly with our catalog of fine art prints, custom framing, and licensed art across GrandArt.com (BigCommerce) and our Wall Art Giant store (Shopify), with room to grow into new marketplaces as we expand.

Core Responsibilities

• Enhance online storefronts to elevate customer experience and boost conversion rates
• Publish visual assets, branding elements, promotional banners, and lifestyle graphics across digital platforms
• Create, upload, optimize, and maintain product listings on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce, and other marketplaces as we add them
• Keep listings consistent across channels titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants, and inventory sync
• Monitor listing health and flag issues such as suppressed listings, policy violations, or image/spec mismatches
• Coordinate with design and production teams so new SKUs go live accurately across all channels
• Use AI tools to help draft and refine product copy, titles, and descriptions at scale
• Support basic marketing tasks (ad copy drafts, content scheduling) as needed, with guidance from the marketing team

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising
• Prior experience listing products on at least 2-3 of: Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce
• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Highly detail-oriented: comfortable managing large catalogs without letting errors slip through
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up content creation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads, Tag Manager, and automated marketing systems
• Track record managing paid social campaigns via Meta Business Suite or a comparable ad network
• Knowledge of Klaviyo: email design, campaign setup, testing, and scheduling
• Experience using digital analytics reporting to gauge marketing performance and guide strategy
• Design skills for web, social, and email assets using Adobe Creative Cloud / Photoshop
• Art or framing industry knowledge is a plus, but not required

• Pay: $20-$30/hour
