Job description

Muse Hair Pro is a premium hair extension brand serving more than 22,000 licensed cosmetologists across the country. We were founded in 2021 by a stylist with 21 years behind the chair who was tired of unreliable suppliers, inconsistent quality, and color ranges that never quite matched what clients asked for. We built the brand we wished existed.

Today we hold a U.S. patent for our Hidden Bead Extension Method and run certification programs that stylists take all over USA. Every product we sell is tested by working stylists at our home salon on real clients before it reaches our customers.

We are a small, fast-moving team. Decisions get made quickly and the work you do shows up in the store within days, not quarters. If you want to see the direct result of your work on a growing business, this is that.

Role Description

We are hiring an Ecommerce Manager to own the day to day operation and improvement of our Shopify store. This is a hands on execution role. You will be in the admin daily, building and shipping changes rather than writing strategy decks about them.

The work spans four areas:

  • Store operations. Product setup and merchandising, collections, bundles and inventory logic, discount codes, and keeping the catalog accurate as new products launch.
  • Conversion and site improvements. Product page enhancements, content pages, navigation, and ongoing testing to improve how the store performs.
  • Apps and integrations. Evaluating, configuring, and maintaining the third‑party tools that run alongside Shopify, and knowing when an app is the wrong answer.
  • Content and design support. On-site graphics, page layouts, and occasional print or marketing pieces outside of Shopify.

You will work directly with our founder and coordinate with outside partners handling email marketing, paid ads, and development.

We care most about pace. The person who succeeds here closes items quickly, communicates clearly about what is blocked and why, and does not need to be asked twice.

Required

  • Comfortable building and configuring bundles, metafields, collections, and discount codes without developer help.

  • Able to work independently and move items to done without daily oversight.
Strongly preferred
  • B2B or wholesale ecommerce experience, especially gated pricing, customer account approvals, and license verification workflows.
  • Basic Liquid familiarity, enough to edit a section or troubleshoot a theme issue.
  • Design capability in Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
  • Experience in beauty, professional products, or another licensed-professional industry.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Judge.me, or review platforms.
