Job description

Their cutting-edge products are trusted by some of the most prominent national retailers and distributors, and they are expanding their digital footprint to new channels and audiences.

THE JOB

The Manager of Ecommerce Growth will own and drive the company’s entire e-commerce strategy, focusing on selling products on both their website via Shopify and Amazon. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this leader will manage a $1.5M+ advertising budget and spearhead initiatives to:

  • Enhance the company’s online presence across multiple platforms.
  • Boost e-commerce sales on both Shopify and Amazon.
  • Drive sales through national retail partners such as Best Buy and others.
  • Hold external agencies accountable for their contributions to the e-commerce strategy.

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce beyond a single platform, owning the full spectrum of digital sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be expected to target the professional consumer audience while expanding the company’s digital footprint into emerging platforms like TikTok. While social media efforts are currently outsourced, this role will integrate and oversee tools like HubSpot, Shopify, Yotpo, Google Analytics, and more. Travel will be minimal, with occasional conferences or trade shows. The position is fully remote, with biannual summits and other collaborative off-sites.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in global e-commerce or digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of owning and driving all aspects of e-commerce.
  • Expertise in consumer products or SaaS industries (preferred).
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Shopify, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
  • A scrappy, problem-solving mindset with a bias toward decisive action.
  • Experience working with national retailers and distributors is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold agencies accountable and ensure results.
