Creo-Group is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing for retail and ecommerce, coordinating with customers, internal teams, and the warehouse to ensure timely shipments.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of transportation and logistics. Based in Troy, MI, this on-site position focuses on efficient order fulfillment and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Retail Portal websites.
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Process retail and ecommerce orders per customer guidelines.
• Maintain logistics policies and support plans.
• Generate and share reports for new purchase orders.
• Create labels, packing slips, pull sheets, and email to warehouse.
• Update IQMS fields before shipment.
• Schedule trucks for pickups.
• Request PO extensions when pickups are missed.
• Coordinate with in-house sales to ensure timely order processing.
• Resolve warehouse issues and document chargebacks.
• Enter POs into routing to avoid late shipment chargebacks.
• Inform warehouses of new vendor shipping requirements and update guides.
• Perform other related duties.
