Responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon Seller Central.
• Maintain product pages including availability, images and content optimization.
• Monitor product performance, ratings and customer reviews.
• Identify new products to expand to marketplace channels.
• Handle customer service tasks and respond to inquiries.
• Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Upload inventory data.
• Manage customer returns and update tracking info.
• Assist with miscellaneous e-commerce projects.
• Source products with no inventory and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
