Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a full-time e-commerce listing assistant in Appleton, WI. You will photograph merchandise, write clear listings, and assign items to the correct inventory locations while meeting daily listing goals.

The role requires e-commerce or online selling experience and digital photography, plus strong time management, communication, and attention to detail. Reliable transportation and the ability to work evenings and weekends with regular attendance are preferred to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or online selling preferred.
• Experience with digital photography preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to learn new computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Sorts merchandise and conducts research to obtain item-specific details.
• Photographs merchandise and writes listings that effectively communicate all critical details to potential bidders or customers.
• Assigns each product to relevant inventory location.
• Meets department production goals for listing items.
• Develops in-depth understanding of various merchandise.
• Adheres to the established standard of quality for item descriptions and item photographs.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
