Greenworks in Mooresville, NC is seeking an eCommerce Account Manager to own lifecycle programs, the Greenworks mobile app, and emerging social-commerce channels. You’ll translate commercial plans into campaigns and use data to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention while expanding social-commerce execution.

You will manage campaigns across email, SMS, and app, partner on Shopify promotions, and drive TikTok Shop initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in DTC eCommerce, lifecycle marketing, digital account management, or social commerce.
• Hands-on experience with email or SMS platforms and an eCommerce platform (Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Appmaker preferred).
• Ability to manage campaign details, interpret conversion/retention metrics, and coordinate multiple launches.

Aufgaben

• Own lifecycle campaign calendar and execute email, SMS, and app push campaigns with audience selection, creative coordination, setup, QA, launch, and review.
• Manage day-to-day Appmaker activity and partner with internal/external teams to resolve app, customer-journey, and campaign issues.
• Coordinate GWT.com promotional execution across Shopify, including landing pages, offers, and launch checks with site owners.
• Drive social commerce setup and execution (TikTok Shop): listings, promotions, creator/affiliate coordination, and handoffs.
• Analyze CRM, app, site, and social performance; recommend tests and actions beyond reporting.
• Document repeatable processes with tech, creative, customer service, and partners to reduce manual work.
