Job summary

Sunrise Brands is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Catalog Coordinator to manage product catalogs across brand-owned sites, marketplaces, and partner retailers. The role covers setup and launches of new styles, colors, and collections, ensuring complete data, accurate imagery, and timely live listings.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to resolve data gaps, monitor catalog health, and support marketplace onboarding and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, wholesale, or retail merchandising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with marketplace/e-commerce platforms such as Mirakl, GSX, NuORDER is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product catalogs across brand-owned e-commerce, marketplace, and retail partner websites.
• Coordinate setup and launch of new styles, colors, and collections across digital platforms.
• Ensure product information is complete and accurate (style numbers, names, descriptions, colors, pricing, sizing, attributes, imagery).
• Track launches and confirm styles are live and accurately represented on partner sites.
• Identify missing or delayed information and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
