Express Employment Professionals Grand Rapids is seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce/Inventory Listing Clerk to join our Grand Rapids location. You will research items, create online listings, photograph products, and support order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role combines computer work with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for shifts. Schedule includes varied hours and a rotating Saturday. Training and benefits provided by the agency.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required for accurate online listings and product info.
• Ability to multi-task between research, listing creation, and packing tasks.
• Comfort using computers for research, data entry, and online platforms.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Experience with eBay/online selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Researching items online to determine pricing and listing viability.
• Create online resale listings with descriptions, conditions, and details.
• Photograph products with a phone and upload to listings.
• Ensure accuracy of listing information to maintain platform ratings.
• Pull sold orders and prepare them for shipment.
• Match items to packing slips and verify order accuracy.
• Package items and create shipping labels for UPS/USPS.
• Assist with inventory staging and organization for online sales.
• Support extra warehouse/eCommerce tasks as needed.
