Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Michigan seeks an Inventory Clerk to sort and organize incoming materials, maintain efficient warehouse workflows, and enter data into the inventory database. You will tag items for shelving, store by type, and ensure accuracy in pricing according to guidelines.

You will also take item photos for the S&S Database, shelve per instructions, and collaborate on process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize all incoming materials to maintain an efficient warehouse workflow.
• Enter incoming material data into the inventory database accurately and efficiently.
• Properly tag items for shelving and storage in the warehouse, following established procedures.
• Determine pricing for inventoried materials based on company guidelines.
• Take clear and detailed pictures of items and import them into the S&S Database.
• Shelve materials according to instructions, ensuring items are stored by type and location.
• Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements for inventory management.
• Perform repricing and adjustments of older listings as directed by the supervisor.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
