Job summary

Galderma is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to support the eCommerce Senior Manager in growing marketing programs across paid media, promotions, influencer marketing, and regulatory reviews. You will collaborate with the E-commerce Marketing Manager to ensure conversion-ready site experiences, QA landing pages, and cross-functional issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, e-commerce, project management or a related role; beauty, skincare, consumer products or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to QA digital creative, copy and web experiences.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to consolidate feedback and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end promotional creative workflow with briefing, inputs, and timelines.
• Review promotional ads and provide actionable feedback with designers and copywriters.
• Deliver assets and campaign requirements to agency and partners; ensure alignment with brand standards.
