Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own and optimize its digital ecosystem, blending marketing, product, and technology. You will manage site merchandising, content, launches, and campaigns, while driving SEO health and AI-driven search optimizations.

The role requires 4+ years in e-commerce or digital product management, hands-on Shopify, Jira, and Klaviyo experience, and strong PM, QA, and communication skills. Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office) is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce site management, digital marketing, or digital product management.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, Shopify, JIRA, and email/CRM tools such as Klaviyo.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO and familiarity with structured data, AI search, and generative-engine optimization.
• Excellent project-management, communication, QA, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic optimization work with detailed daily operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage site merchandising, content updates, product launches, campaigns, navigation, and page structure.
• Optimize product-detail pages and run ongoing A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement.
• Write, prioritize, and manage Jira tickets for feature improvements, fixes, and platform enhancements.
• Lead design QA and user-acceptance testing for site releases.
• Maintain technical SEO health, redirects, metadata, blog content, FAQs, and structured-data initiatives.
• Support emerging AI and generative-search optimization strategies.
• Assist with email campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability.
• Oversee day-to-day platform operations and report on site, CRM, SEO, review, and consumer-behavior performance.
