Job summary

Etna Supply in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to grow our online presence through SEO, AEO, analytics, and product data management. You will support ecommerce operations, optimize site performance, and help drive digital growth in collaboration with our Marketing and Digital product teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 3–5 years of SEO/digital marketing experience, plus strong analytics, Excel skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years in SEO, digital marketing, and ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase website traffic and online visibility.
• Optimize presence across AI-powered search platforms through AEO.
• Monitor and report on website performance, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Stay current on search engine algorithms and AI trends to maintain strong online visibility.
• Support day-to-day ecommerce operations, including product listings and data management.
• Partner with the Digital Product Owner to improve the ecommerce experience and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align digital strategies with company initiatives.
• Enhance website content, metadata, and site structure to improve search performance.
• Maintain accurate analytics dashboards, reports, and documentation.
