99 Ranch Market is seeking an eCommerce Growth & Operations Associate to support the growth and day-to-day operation of our eCommerce business across both the 1P platform and third-party marketplaces.

This role collaborates with eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, Product, and other internal teams to execute sales growth initiatives, improve platform performance, and identify opportunities through data and customer insights.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Analytics, Retail Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, retail operations, digital marketing, or analytics.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms or third-party marketplaces is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; BI tools a plus.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Product, and technical teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.

Mansioni

• Analyze eCommerce sales, traffic, conversion, and other KPIs to identify opportunities.
• Support 1P platform management, including website and app operations.
• Manage third-party marketplace listings, pricing, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve channel performance.
• Develop and track eCommerce growth initiatives and performance reports.
