Applied Labs is seeking an eCommerce Growth & Operations Associate to drive growth and streamline day-to-day operations for the company’s online business across the 1P platform and third‑party marketplaces. You will work with Marketing, Merchandising, Store Ops, Product, and tech teams to optimize performance and identify opportunities from data and customer insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/ecommerce/analytics or related field.
• 1–3 years in eCommerce, marketplace management, retail operations, digital marketing, or analytics preferred.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms or third-party marketplaces preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; BI/reporting tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of the 1P eCommerce platform (website and mobile app).
• Monitor online assortment, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Identify platform issues and coordinate with Product, IT, Merchandising, and Operations teams.
• Support launch and optimization of new eCommerce features, services, and promotions.
• Analyze customer behavior and platform performance to improve conversions, engagement and sales.
• Manage day-to-day operations across third‑party marketplaces (Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.).
• Maintain product listings, pricing, assortment, and promotional campaigns across channels.
• Monitor marketplace KPIs including sales, fulfillments, and stock.
