Job summary

VIKING Car Care, a leading provider of premium automotive appearance accessories, is seeking an Ecommerce Associate Manager to analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and drive profitable growth across digital marketplaces and owned channels.

This role partners with marketing, creative, social media and product teams to optimize the customer journey, improve product visibility, and support data-driven business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of ecommerce, digital marketing, or analytics experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with ecommerce and social commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Shopify, and Meta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze ecommerce KPIs and develop dashboards.
• Analyze performance across Amazon, Shopify, and other channels.
• Manage PDP content and update storefronts; conduct A/B tests to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with product, creative, and social teams; support launches with data insights.
• Provide recommendations to improve traffic quality and conversion rates.
