Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years in e-commerce or digital shelf roles.
• Experience with digital retail platforms (Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Luminate/Item360, Target Partner Online) is a plus.
• Familiarity with PIM/DAM systems and content syndication (Syndigo/1WorldSync, Salsify) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee online initiatives and coordinate with eComm Team.
• Analyze weekly sales, promotions, and ROI to drive insights.
• Support product launches across retailer channels with readiness dashboards.
• Maintain content accuracy, PDP quality, and conversion readiness.
• Manage content workflows and syndication to retailer platforms.
