Qualifications

• 15+ years leading a high-volume DTC eCommerce business with revenue ownership.
• Experience leading site development, UX, and digital product teams from roadmap through delivery.
• Disciplined test-and-learn practice with a demonstrated instinct for emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Own LAKE.com revenue and performance, driving revenue, conversion and engagement goals across merchandising, content, launches and testing.
• Lead all site development, UX, and digital experience, owning the LAKE.com roadmap as the brand's digital flagship.
• Build and lead a high-performing, empowered team with a culture of experimentation and early technology adoption.
• Lead go-to-market for the channel, translating product collections into experiences worthy of them.
• Deliver a frictionless, harmonious experience across channels, partnering with Retail and Operations so it feels like one brand.
• Oversee Client Services to provide hospitality-driven experiences, cultivating key client relationships.
• Set strategic vision for the eCommerce and Client Services tech ecosystem, advancing accessibility and privacy standards.
• Turn data into action, delivering insights to cross-functional partners to sharpen assortment and experience.
• Ensure ADA and privacy compliance, providing leadership as standards evolve.
